About the Role
A leading and rapidly expanding furniture manufacturing and retail company is seeking a strategically minded and results-driven
Financial Director
to oversee all financial operations and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.
The
Financial Director
will report directly to the General Manager, acting as a key business partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability across multiple business lines and geographies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and group policies.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Manage cost optimization, profitability analysis, and pricing strategies for both manufacturing and retail operations.

Ensure liquidity management, capital structuring, and investment planning are aligned with growth targets.

Maintain full compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance principles.

Partner closely with operational leaders to enhance production efficiency, inventory turnover, and working capital performance.

Lead ERP (SAP or equivalent) finance integrations and digital transformation initiatives across the finance function.

Provide financial insights for new store openings, export growth, and potential M&A activities.

Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing finance team focused on accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent).

Proven experience in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG sectors — preferably within furniture, design, or consumer goods industries.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, production finance, and multi-channel sales dynamics.

Proficiency in SAP or ERP-based systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic yet hands-on mindset, capable of driving both financial discipline and innovation.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
