Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Summary

Almaimana Accounting & Bookkeeping is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and management activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting management decisions, ensuring financial compliance, and improving financial performance through effective planning, reporting, and control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed management reports
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies
  • Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate controls
  • Supervise finance and accounting teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Review and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Support business growth through financial modeling and scenario analysis

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in financial management
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and financial regulations
  • Experience working with accounting and financial analysis software
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
