If you take pride in the quality of your work and prefer working on a team of talented individuals who share your passion for excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity! This is a full-time position located on-site at our Modesto administrative office.

The Financial Planning Analyst provides decision‑ready insights that help leadership plan, invest, and operate with confidence. In this role, you will own key components of the annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and management reporting. You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to translate data into meaningful actions- especially as we continue strengthening our ERP and data environment to support enhanced self‑service analytics.

This position will be primarily responsible to:

  • Build and maintain the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range models; quantify drivers (volume, yield, pricing, mix, freight, labor, energy) and stress test scenarios.
  • Prepare monthly outlooks with clear bridges from plan to latest view (price/mix, cost, productivity, one-time items).

Manufacturing & Cost Analytics

  • Partner with Plant Finance/Operations to analyze standard costs, pack season performance, yields, waste, and machinery related metrics; translate findings into actionable productivity and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead variance analysis (labor, overhead, absorption) and inventory valuation insights at month end close. Month end close and pack season may require weekend work.

Pricie, Margin & Customer/Product Profitability

  • Build contribution margin and SKU/customer profitability views; evaluate price/pack changes and program impacts; recommend actions to sustain margin.

Management Reporting & Decision Support

  • Develop executive ready dashboards and KPI packs (Power BI/Excel); drive adoption of the data warehouse and reporting standards to put “the right data in the right hands at the right time.”
  • Create ad hoc models and business cases for the CFO and Stanislaus Leadership Team (e.g., make/buy, insource/outsource, footprint, logistics).

Capital & Strategic Projects

  • Model capital investment cases, post audits, and benefits tracking; support working capital and cash flow optimization.

Systems, Data & Process

  • Partner with IT and Finance on ERP/reporting development; define data requirements, validate sources, and enhance close/reporting timelines as the enterprise systems roadmap advances.
