The Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in financial statements and management reports, while providing analytical insights to support decision-making.
The position requires working in night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours and involves close collaboration with onshore finance and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, consolidate, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for all audit-related deliverables.
- Maintain complete documentation and audit-ready financial records.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business goals.
- Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and performance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational objectives.
Compliance & Controls:
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and guide the accounting and reporting team.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and finance teams to ensure seamless reporting operations.
- Foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A—preferably in U.S. GAAP environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Other Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities; proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Work Hours: Must be comfortable working in U.S. night shifts and managing cross-border communication.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
