About the Role:

We are hiring Financial Service Consultants for a leading life insurance company. You will be positioned either at partnered bank branches or at the head office, handling walk-in customers and leads provided by Relationship Managers. This role allows you to grow your career while helping customers secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers at partnered bank branches or interact with leads from the head office.
• Handle leads provided by Relationship Managers efficiently.
• Promote and sell life insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in BFSI, NBFC, or financial services will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in both bank and office environments.
