Finishing carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Finishing Carpenter with strong experience in interior finishing, joinery installation, and detailed woodwork. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality finishes on doors, wardrobes, skirting, wall panels, ceilings, and other decorative carpentry works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all types of finishing carpentry works, including doors, wardrobes, wall cladding, skirting, and decorative wooden elements.
• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using the proper tools and techniques.
• Carry out installation and finishing of joinery and fit-out items on site.
• Ensure all carpentry work meets quality and aesthetic standards.
• Work closely with the Foreman and Site Engineer to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.
• Follow all safety and site procedures as per company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong skills in joinery, finishing, and installation works.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and measurements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment safely.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
