Job Title: Civil Foreman – Tile & Marble Works

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage tile and marble installation works on construction projects. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, possess strong site supervision skills, and have extensive experience in tile, marble, stone, and finishing works. The candidate must be capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings to execute work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all tile, marble, stone, and related finishing works on-site.
• Manage installation teams and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Read, understand, and interpret architectural and shop drawings, layouts, and material schedules.
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure proper setting out, alignment, levels, and quality of installed materials.
• Coordinate with main contractors, site engineers, and project management teams.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and material usage.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Enforce site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports and attendance records.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to installation and workmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in tile, marble, stone, or finishing works.
• Must be fluent in Hindi.
• Experience managing installation crews and subcontractor teams.
• Knowledge of tile and marble installation methods, materials, tools, and finishing requirements.
• Ability to plan work activities and meet project schedules.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or high-rise projects.
• GCC/Middle East experience is an advantage.

हम टाइल, मार्बल, स्टोन एवं फिनिशिंग कार्यों की साइट पर निगरानी और प्रबंधन के लिए एक अनुभवी सिविल फोरमैन की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को हिंदी भाषा में धाराप्रवाह होना चाहिए, साइट सुपरविजन का मजबूत अनुभव होना चाहिए तथा निर्माण ड्रॉइंग्स को पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए ताकि कार्य को सही और प्रभावी तरीके से पूरा किया जा सके।

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
