Finishing Foreman- Riyadh, KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, and other interior and exterior works.

• 
  Ensure proper planning, sequencing, and execution of finishing operations to meet project timelines.

• 
  Inspect and verify that all finishing work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• 
  Monitor manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment usage for efficient site operations.

• 
  Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and quality issues.

• 
  Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols and industry standards.

• 
  Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the site management team.

• 
  Guide and train finishing teams to maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience in finishing works, preferably on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.

• 
  Strong knowledge of finishing materials, application techniques, and quality control standards.

• 
  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• 
  Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• 
  Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.

• 
  Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• 
  Willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and adapt to project schedules.

• 
  Must already be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama.
