Finishing Inspector

About Us:
VX Studio Consultancy is a leading consultancy firm specializing in high-rise projects, providing excellence in design, supervision, and project management. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Finishing Inspector with a strong consultancy background to join our supervision team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, monitor, and supervise finishing works on high-rise building projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure proper execution of all finishing works (interior and exterior).
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Verify quality of materials and workmanship to meet project requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed on site.
• Support the project team in resolving technical issues related to finishing activities.
• Participate in inspections with clients and authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in finishing supervision, with at least 5 years in consultancy firms.
• Proven track record in high-rise projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
