Finishing Manager

Supervise all finishing activities including high-quality flooring (marble/wooden), woodwork, cabinetry, ceiling designs, painting and specialized wall treatments.

Ensure all exterior finishes, window glazing (UPVC/Aluminum) and roofing are executed to withstand the extreme rain, snow and humidity of Khaira Gali.

Manage specialized finishing teams (electricians, plumbers, polishers and glasswork technicians). Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of premium materials to the hilly site.

Conduct rigorous "room-by-room" inspections to identify defects in tiling, paint or fixture alignment ensuring 100% rectification before client handover.

Coordinate with Senior Architects to ensure that HVAC (heating systems), concealed plumbing (PPRC) and electrical fixtures are seamlessly integrated into the finishing design.

Verify that the materials delivered match the approved luxury specifications and project "brief" for high-end residential aesthetics.

Monitor daily progress against the finishing schedule to ensure villas are ready for occupancy within the peak tourism/seasonal windows.

Ensure all works comply with building codes and safety regulations, particularly regarding mountain-grade insulation and fire safety.

Serve as the bridge between the Senior Architect and the onsite construction team to report daily progress and resolve bottlenecks.

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.) or Architecture (B.Arch).

A Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil with 10+ years of high-end site management experience may be acceptable if they have a strong portfolio

Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Quality Management (ISO) are highly beneficial for tracking timelines and material standards.

7 to 10 years of experience in the construction sector, with at least 3–5 years specifically focused on the finishing phase (Interior/Exterior).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
