The role is responsible for managing and strengthening key Talent Development processes, including large-scale data collection cycles, Principal Appraisal, and School Awards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination across regions. It requires a strong focus on execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination, making it well-suited for someone who can bring structure to complex operations while ensuring impactful initiatives are delivered seamlessly across the organization.
Strengthen Reward & Recognition program for schools
Review and refine school reward program in alignment with WSE and TPD priorities. Support the design and rollout of rewards to ensure they are meaningful, well-communicated, and executed efficiently.
Management of Teacher and School awards
Manage the complete lifecycle of school and teacher awards—from data validation to preparation and timely distribution—ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated experience for all stakeholders. Liaise closely with external vendors for production and logistics, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all awards ahead of award ceremonies and annual result days.
Enhance New Hire Experience
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Develop and deliver onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the company culture. Collaborate with department heads/executive team to customize onboarding plans that meet the specific needs of key positions. Gather feedback from new hires and line managers and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Principal Appraisal Execution and Improvements
Manage the annual Principal Appraisal cycle, ensuring timely data availability and smooth execution across regions. Work closely with the IT team to refine dashboards and improve data visibility for performance tracking. Develop/ update communication and guidebooks to ensure smooth running of appraisal process.
Lead Data Collection cycles
Lead end-to-end data collection process for TCT, including planning timelines, coordinating with regions, resolving queries, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Create and update guidebooks, instructions, and communication for principals and regional teams to enable smooth implementation of processes.
Talent Development Initiatives
Support and contribute to a range of talent development initiatives, gaining exposure to strategic projects aimed at strengthening people practices and organizational effectiveness
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s in any discipline (preferably management and HR)
