Job Description

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions leveraging ATM, self-service, and digital branch technologies.

Lead technical proposals, RFP responses, and proposals throughout the sales lifecycle.

Engage with clients at the C-level, delivering compelling presentations and technical demonstrations.

Manage partner relationships, including new partner onboarding and ongoing partner management.

Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector, aligning technological solutions with strategic goals.

Stay abreast of emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and innovations within the payment ecosystem.

Understand and communicate the overall bank architecture and interconnected systems.

Assist in technical evaluations, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and solution adherence.

Support internal teams in understanding and adopting new technological advancements.

Work seamlessly in a diversified, multi-national environment, demonstrating flexibility and cultural awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

+ 5 years of Experience in the same domain

Extensive experience working with ATM and self-service banking machines.

Proven experience with digital branch initiatives and digital transformation projects within banking.

Solid understanding of payment technologies, payment ecosystems, and related systems.

Familiarity with bank architecture and integrated banking systems.

Demonstrable ability to create technical proposals, handle RFPs, and participate actively in the entire sales process.

Experience in partner management, including onboarding new partners.
