Fire Fighting Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Foreman to supervise and lead piping installation and maintenance activities on our project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fire Fighting systems within the MEP field and the ability to manage site teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe execution of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Fire Fighting teams on-site.
• Interpret Fire Fighting shop drawings and ensure installations are as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the site engineer and other trades for smooth workflow.
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage and manpower productivity.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and rectification of Fire Fighting systems.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/MEP Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing works within the MEP/construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting.
• Ability to read and interpret Fire Fighting drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle site issues promptly.
• Commitment to safety and quality at site.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
