Position Overview:
The Fire Fighting Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by managing end-to-end client acquisition, conducting site surveys, preparing customized proposals, and ensuring smooth project execution. The role demands strong communication skills, technical understanding of fire fighting systems, and hands-on experience in operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire fighting systems and safety services.
- Conduct on-ground sales visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.
- Perform site surveys and inspections to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Coordinate with the technical, design, and project execution teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, installation, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and client communication records.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through continuous engagement and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in fire fighting systems sales, operations, or related technical service.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, suppression systems, and AMC services.
- Sales & Operations Skills:
- Strong on-ground and B2B sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills for client pitches.
- Proficiency in site surveys, client requirement gathering, and report preparation.
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask between sales, technical coordination, and field operations.
- Must be comfortable with travel and field visits as part of daily activities.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
