Fire Fighting Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fire-fighting systems, pumps, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot faults in fire pumps, valves, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, Qatar Civil Defense, and safety standards.
• Prepare service reports and assist in system testing and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and Qatar Civil Defense requirements.
• Hands-on experience with fire pumps, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and project-based environments.
