Job Description

• Clean, scale, and fillet fish as instructed by the chef
• Remove bones and prepare fish portions for cooking
• Keep fish preparation areas clean and sanitized
• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, sinks, and storage areas
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks
