Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit out Engineer at QCFM. The Fit-Out Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, or retail projects. The candidate will ensure that all fit-out activities are completed according to project specifications, drawings, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred.
• Strong project management and time management abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
• Speaking Arabic is a preferable but not a must
• Preferable has Qatar Driving license
