Fit-Out Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to oversee on-site joinery and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate and manage on-site joinery, carpentry, and fit-out teams.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report to project managers.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions accurately.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.

-Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.

-Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out processes.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

-Proven leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

-Familiarity with UAE safety standards and construction regulations.

-Valid UAE driving license preferred.

-Language needed (Hindi, English is a must)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
