About the Role:
We are looking for a Foreman to supervise and lead teams of workers on-site. This role is hands-on and requires direct interaction with laborers, ensuring that tasks are carried out as per instructions and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and assign tasks daily.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist Site Manager/Engineers with labor requirements.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of workers.
• Report progress and issues from the site to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction.
• Ability to manage and motivate workers.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
