Fit-out Foremen -Dubai

- Supervise and coordinate daily site fit-out activities.
- Review drawings and specifications; ensure work is carried out as per approved plans.
- Manage and monitor subcontractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other tradesmen.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company HSE policies.
- Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and allocation of resources.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Attend coordination meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
