Fit-Out Project Manager

Zircon Decor is seeking an experienced Senior Fit-Out Manager to lead and oversee full project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to manage site operations efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange, manage, and supervise workers, contractors, and subcontractors for site execution.
• Prepare material requirement lists and estimate quantities based on approved designs and BOQs.
• Supervise Fit-Out Supervisors by assigning daily/weekly tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure timely handover of projects — including villas, apartments, and offices — according to client commitments.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Team to clarify drawings, site conditions, and technical requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and clarifications.
• Monitor site quality, safety compliance, and labor discipline daily.
• Resolve on-site challenges, including material delays, labor issues, and technical queries.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, site photos, and client update sheets.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of UAE fit-out project management experience.
• Proven track record in team setup, contractor negotiation, and material estimation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
