The Role
- Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. • Implement company procedures and project objectives, ensuring smooth transition from estimation to execution while protecting the company’s contractual position. • Establish and monitor construction programs, long-lead schedules, and material tracking logs to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans and HSE Plans in compliance with company and ISO standards. • Manage drawings, materials, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure all activities align with the project timeline and budget. • Oversee project progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; track deliverables and address commercial or contractual issues proactively, including EOT and variation claims. • Collaborate with the site QS team to prepare cost reports, progress updates, and monthly project reviews. • Ensure all variations and deviations are properly documented, approved, and reflected in project costings. • Oversee snagging, handover, and project close-out procedures in accordance with company and ISO standards. • Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry, with at least 2 years in a senior project management role. • Proven track record managing high-value commercial projects (offices, retail spaces, corporate interiors, or blue-chip client developments). • Strong understanding of design-build processes, fit-out execution, and subcontractor coordination. • Excellent knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract administration. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
