Fit Out Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Erection Site Engineer to oversee and manage all on-site erection activities related to structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate structural steel erection works at site.
• Ensure alignment, bolting, and welding are performed as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with fabrication, QC, and safety teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and manpower allocation.
• Verify material availability, lifting plans, and site readiness before erection.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support to site supervisors and foremen.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel erection / fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of erection sequence, rigging, lifting plans, and structural drawings.
• Excellent site coordination and manpower management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
