Fit-Out Site Engineer – Building Renovation & Interior Works

We are a Dubai-based real estate company owning and managing multiple residential and commercial buildings. We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to supervise interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works across our properties.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and technicians, and ensuring work is completed according to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works including partitions, gypsum ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, and carpentry.
• Coordinate MEP works with maintenance and contractors when required.
• Monitor renovation and maintenance work in residential and commercial units.
• Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams.
• Inspect materials and workmanship at the site.
• Maintain site progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Inspect completed work before final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out or building renovation.
• Experience working on residential or commercial building projects.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Experience working with real estate or property management companies.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
