Fit-out Site Supervisor/ Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Fit-out Site Engineer to join our team in Muscat for a 3-month project. This role is offered on a short-term contract basis, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports and update project management.
• Monitor quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out works, site supervision, and contractor coordination.
• Currently based in Muscat and available to join immediately.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Male candidates preferred.
• Valid Oman driving license is an advantage.
