Fit-Out Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from start to completion. works, be capable of managing on-site teams, and ensure that all work is executed according to design, quality, and safety standards.

The candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License and be able to travel between project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out and renovation site activities.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, materials, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee installation and finishing works such as ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and fixtures.
• Monitor and control site progress, manpower allocation, and material delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to prevent project delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, or interior projects in the UAE.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
