Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the gym.
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff (front desk, trainers, maintenance team).
  • Drive membership growth and ensure achievement of financial targets (sales, retention, revenue).
  • Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure member satisfaction.
  • Handle feedback and resolve issues with a member-first approach.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare performance and financial reports for management.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a fitness club, sports facility, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven sales, marketing and customer service background.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fitness and building a supportive community.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Sports Science, or related field is a plus.
