Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the gym.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff (front desk, trainers, maintenance team).
- Drive membership growth and ensure achievement of financial targets (sales, retention, revenue).
- Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure member satisfaction.
- Handle feedback and resolve issues with a member-first approach.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Prepare performance and financial reports for management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a fitness club, sports facility, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven sales, marketing and customer service background.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and building a supportive community.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Sports Science, or related field is a plus.
