Fitout Sales Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Fit-Out Sales & General Maintenance Executive to join our team. This dual-role position involves acquiring and managing sales for interior fit-out projects while also overseeing and coordinating general maintenance tasks for client properties and company sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management (Fit-Out & General Maintenance):

• Generate leads and secure new fit-out projects through networking & referrals.
• Prepare quotations to clients.
• Meet sales targets and manage client accounts from initial inquiry to project handover.
• Should have good network of subcontractors
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Supervise and coordinate
• Inspection & verify quality
• Liaise with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers for snag, repair or replacement works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in fit-out sales and/or general maintenance.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and pricing.
• Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE driving license is must.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and BOQs.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
