Job Opening: MEP Sales Engineer / MEP Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven MEP Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, technical understanding, and the ability to convert inquiries into awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new MEP sales opportunities in retail, commercial, hospitality, and residential projects

  • Generate leads through consultants, contractors, developers, facilities managers, and end clients
  • Handle tender inquiries, RFQs, and coordinate with estimation & technical teams
  • Present company capabilities, proposals, and value engineering solutions to clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within target margins
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and monthly targets
  • Coordinate with operations teams for smooth project handover after award

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–7 years of sales experience in MEP contracting or fit-out industry (UAE experience mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
  • Existing network with consultants, developers, malls, retailers, and FM companies
  • Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and understand technical scopes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
