Job Summary

The Fit-Out & Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities related to fit-out and civil works. The role ensures that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise fit-out and civil construction works, including block work, plastering, tiling, gypsum, ceiling, painting, carpentry, joinery, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Quality Control

• Ensure all works comply with project quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and rectify any non-conformities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper finishing and workmanship standards are maintained.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety rules and regulations in compliance with company and local authority standards.
• Ensure workers follow proper safety practices and use PPE at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses to the management immediately.

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly work schedules.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure proper sequencing of works.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions.

Materials & Resources

• Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
• Ensure materials delivered to site meet approved specifications.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and site organization.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, manpower reports, and progress records.
• Verify work completion and assist in measurements for billing purposes.
• Support handover and snagging activities during project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fit-out and civil works supervision.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and interior fit-out projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of fit-out and civil construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
