Fiverr Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and manage Fiverr gigs to maximize visibility and conversions
• Conduct keyword research to improve gig rankings in Fiverr search results
• Write compelling gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs
• Design attractive gig images and videos (or coordinate with designers)
• Monitor gig performance and implement strategies to increase impressions, clicks, and orders
• Handle customer communication, inquiries, and order management professionally
• Maintain high ratings by ensuring timely delivery and quality service
• Analyze competitors and market trends to stay ahead
• Use Fiverr analytics to track growth and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Fiverr accounts successfully
• Strong understanding of Fiverr SEO and ranking factors
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
• Ability to handle multiple gigs and orders efficiently
• Experience with graphic design tools (optional but preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
