Admin Executive:

Prepare and Submit expense reports

Managing Third Party Vendors/Suppliers

Handle queries from managers and employees

Fleet IN charge:

Responsible for selecting and maintaining vehicles

Purchase and Sale of Vehicles

Managing Drivers

Renewals of Mulkiya, Licenses

Top of ADNOC Petrol Cards / Salik Tags

Good Experience in Car Maintenance / Repair

Cost Control

Proper Planning and Reporting

Requirements

  • Good Communication - English & Arabic
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator & Fleet IN charge
  • Good knowledge of Cars and Telecom
  • Hands-on experience with Car - Sale & Purchase
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Experience in Accounting for 2-3 Years
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
