Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and vehicle allocation.
- Monitor vehicle availability, usage, and ensure optimal deployment of the fleet.
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles remain in good working condition.
- Track fuel usage, mileage, repair needs, and maintain updated vehicle logs.
- Ensure all fleet documentation is up to date, including registrations, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely support for company needs.
- Address vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies, coordinating necessary repairs.
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, leasing, and repair services.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet expenses and support in cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare periodic fleet performance reports for management.
- Ensure all fleet activities comply with QHSE standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or fleet management, preferably in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and fleet operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with fleet management software (an advantage).
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
