Fleet Coordinator

We were a leading fleet management and delivery service company in UAE. We work with top players in e-commerce, grocery, and food delivery companies and provide them fleet consist of cars, motorcycles, electric cycles, and vans.

Job Description:

As a fleet coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating day to day operations of our fleet.

• Drivers’ Documentation and Record of Assigned Vehicles
• Maintain the cars and drivers record
• Fleet invoices verification
• Receiving and Assigning Vehicles
• Coordination with Rent A Car and Leasing companies
• Email Communication

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a fleet management, rent a car, or similar role
• Computer proficiency
• Proficiency in Excel and Email communication
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
