Fleet Services Co-Ordinator

The coordinator plans and ensures availability and reliability of operational road tankers, cylinder semi-trailers, and SHAFAF pickups in compliance to all applicable government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, follow up and monitor the maintenance of LPG fleet to ensure maintenance are done adequately and efficiently for in-house and third party maintenance.

Coordinate fleet maintenance and operational readiness

Declare the operational road tankers and SHAFAF pickups for scheduling and dispatching to ensure reliability of fleet.

Supervise and update the validity of LPG vehicles documentations, including gate passes, to ensure accuracy of records and documents.

Monitor vehicles using a GPS tracking system.

Liaise with maintenance workshops and internal teams

Prepare fleet performance and maintenance reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

Valid Qatar driving license

Minimum Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in fleet management, preferably in Petroleum field.

Training / Certification:

Fleet management & Maintenance Certificate

Defensive driving certificate.

Basic firefighting certificates.
