Fleet Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations at the customer warehouse. The role requires close coordination with drivers, management, and the customer to ensure smooth operations, maintain fleet availability, and resolve operational issues on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Operations Management
• Monitor and manage the daily fleet deployed at the customer warehouse.
• Ensure the required fleet size (cars, bikes, etc.) is maintained as per operational requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure timely deployment and replacements when required.
• On-Site Issue Resolution
• Be present at the customer warehouse to handle day-to-day operational issues.
• Coordinate with the customer team to resolve fleet-related concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Fleet & Asset Management
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet assets including bikes, cars, SIM cards, and other equipment.
• Track vehicle usage, damages, repairs, and service schedules.
• Driver Coordination
• Maintain driver schedules and ensure drivers are properly assigned.
• Keep records of driver attendance, shift timings, and operational status.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain a detailed inventory record of fleet assets and driver equipment.
• Ensure proper asset allocation and record keeping for each driver.
• Daily Reporting
• Provide daily operational updates to management regarding fleet status, driver availability, and operational issues.
• Maintain reports related to fleet utilization, asset records, and driver schedules.
• Operational Compliance
• Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed by drivers and fleet staff.
• Maintain documentation related to fleet operations and assets.

Requirements:

• Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of managing drivers and fleet assets.
• Ability to work on-site at customer warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or fleet management systems.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in delivery platforms or logistics companies.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and assets efficiently.
• Strong reporting and record management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,200.00 per month
