We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Operations & Traffic Fines Coordinator to manage traffic fines, toll accounts, and vehicle compliance for both company-owned and rented vehicles. This role ensures timely resolution of fines, maintains accurate records, and supports overall fleet efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic Fines Management
- Track and manage all traffic fines for company and rental vehicles.
- Ensure timely settlement and maintain accurate documentation.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a comprehensive fines log.
- Generate and share regular Excel reports with management.
- Communication & Coordination
- Handle professional email correspondence with drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders regarding fines, disputes, and payments.
- Coordinate with rent-a-car companies for fine clearance and documentation.
- Toll Account Oversight
- Monitor Salik and DARB accounts to ensure timely top-ups and regulatory compliance.
- Fleet Maintenance Support
- Assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance and service follow-ups.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced on time to avoid operational delays.
- Vehicle Monitoring & Compliance
- Support vehicle availability tracking and proper usage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding vehicle operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE traffic systems (Salik, DARB) and rental vehicle processes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
