Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.

Requirements

Education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance practices.
• In-depth understanding of vehicle and heavy equipment mechanics.
• Excellent diagnostic skills; proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Regulatory compliance: knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to fleet operations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team management skills.
• Strong in MS Office.
