Fleet Maintenance Manager

· Developing vehicle specifications according to operational requirements.

· Maintaining an operational fleet and ensuring implementation of business strategy.

· Recommend cost effective vehicle parts and service vendors.

· Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of parts and services.

· Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.

· Oversee vehicles repair and servicing to minimize breakdowns and downtime.

· Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations.

· Maintain vehicle service, general repair and accidental repair turn-around-time records and comply with company and regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate with insurance agents, third party workshops and staff on motor insurance related work.

· Analyze lifecycle and repair maintenance cost of fleet and recommend replacements.

· Supervise and train maintenance staff, technicians, and drivers on vehicle care and inspections.

· Clearing invoices and seeking necessary approvals from management.

· Involvement in fleet acquisition as per the requirements of various departments

· Synchronize with transport/traffic compliance team members for requirements of various permits of various Emirates.

· Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and hygiene standards in the workshop in line with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
