Fleet Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the fleet, including allocation, routing, and utilization.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and implement fuel optimization strategies.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of fleet operations (fuel, mileage, maintenance, insurance, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage contracts and relationships with rental vendors, workshops, and fuel providers.
• Track fleet costs and implement strategies for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery support.
• Maintain accurate fleet records (insurance, fitness, registration, repairs, etc.).
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead and guide drivers to ensure discipline and adherence to company SOPs
