Fleet Manager

About the Role
Quaid Technologies is hiring on behalf of its affiliated company, a well-established transportation and logistics organization. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee company-owned vehicles, manage fleet operations, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation support for business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles, including trucks and other commercial vehicles
• Plan and monitor vehicle utilization to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and vehicle inspections
• Manage fuel consumption, mileage tracking, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Manage vehicle documentation, registrations, permits, and insurance renewals
• Supervise drivers, enforce safety standards, and monitor driver performance
• Implement fleet safety programs and ensure adherence to HSE standards
• Track fleet KPIs and prepare operational and cost reports for management
• Handle breakdowns, accidents, and emergency fleet-related issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and safety compliance
• Mandatory experience in the transportation and logistics industry
• Proven ability to manage drivers and fleet operations effectively
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary RangePKR 80,000 – 150,000 (commensurate with experience and expertise)
Location: Onsite
