Fleet Mechanic JDs

Responsible for the fault diagnostic, Corrective and preventative maintenance of the trucks fleet.

Key Responsibilities

* Engine & Transmission Overhaul: Perform complete overhauling of Engine and Transmission.

* Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform preventive maintenance including Engine oil, Gear oil, differential Oil, Filters, Brake & Clutch Oil, Coolant and Greasing as per schedule.

* Suspension & Alignment: Inspect and repair leaf springs and shock absorbers—critical for trucks carrying high-volume, lightweight mattress loads that can catch wind on highways.

* Brake & Clutch Systems: Regular inspection & adjustment of Clutch & Brake system.

* Breakdown Recovery: Provide quick-response repairs if a truck breaks down during a delivery run.

* Tire & Wheel Care: Perform Wheel inspection and ensure hub greasing with good bearing condition. Also inspect & maintain tire condition with ensuring recommended tyre pressure

Technical Skills Required

* Brand Expertise: Specific experience with Master Forland, Isuzu, Dongfeng & Mazda trucks.

Experience:

3–5 years in a commercial fleet maintenance.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
