Fleet Operations Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Administrator to manage and support daily fleet operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining vehicle records, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring all fleet documentation is up to date.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update fleet documentation (registration, insurance, permits)
  • Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Assist in tracking vehicle availability and allocation
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations team
  • Ensure compliance with company and local regulations
  • Handle basic reporting and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of fleet or transport operations (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary per month QAR 2500.
