Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across rental branches, including reservations, fleet allocation, vehicle maintenance, and customer service.
- Ensure effective utilization of the fleet to maximize profitability.
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate, retail, and long-term rental clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to design pricing strategies, promotions, and packages.
Leadership & Reporting
- Manage, coach, and develop operations and sales staff to deliver high performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance to senior management.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
