Do you thrive in high-pressure logistics environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver results? We're looking for a Fleet Supervisor with strong operational and leadership skills to oversee day-to-day fleet performance, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise dispatchers, team leaders, and coordinate fleet operations

✅ Monitor vehicle movement, schedules, and performance using GPS systems

✅ Enforce safety standards and transport compliance requirements

✅ Track key metrics (on-time delivery, downtime, utilization)

✅ Lead incident resolution and collaborate across departments (HR, maintenance, logistics)

✅ Prepare and present operational reports to senior management

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in fleet or transport operations
• At least 2 years of team supervision or leadership experience
• Strong understanding of transport regulations and fleet compliance
• Proficiency in fleet or transport management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Admin , or related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
