Fleet Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW

The Fleet Supervisor leads the fleet operations team, ensuring seamless coordination of vehicle readiness, maintenance, and allocation while optimizing efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise a team of fleet controllers and drivers to ensure smooth operations.

• Develop strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce downtime.

• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate with branch managers to align fleet operations with customer demands.

• Monitor vehicle aging and implement plans for replacements or upgrades.

• Conduct regular audits of fleet records and documentation.

• Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.

• Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years in fleet operations or rental management roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
