JOB TITLE: Flexible Front Desk Agent
TIMES: Mostly between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM
DEPARTMENT: Operations
HOURLY WAGE: $14+ DOE
Bi-weekly pay, Health Benefits, Hilton Travel Discounts, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay (6 major)
Job Description/Summary: Our guest's first impression is the result of their experience with the front desk staff and as such, this position is crucial to the long-term success of our hotel. You must be capable and confident to perform these duties:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide a hospitable and welcoming experience for all guests. Being committed to providing an exceptional guest service experience at all times.
- Handle all aspects of guest check-in and checkout procedures. Cash and credit card handling experience a plus!
- Resolve guest concerns and provide professional service to gain high level of guest confidence and satisfaction.
- Ability to professionally and efficiently handle any guest complaints or request.
- Utilize the Hampton Inn 100% Guarantee to ensure Guest Satisfaction on service recovery situations.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, without error, while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
- Provide assistance and information about the hotel, hotel amenities, and local area attractions to guests over the phone and in person.
- Enter information into computer system, post transactions and print necessary reports.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Effectively communicate shift notes to supervisors and other members of the staff through email.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks; be able to spot errors and inconsistencies - Misc.
- Replenish Suite Shop and Coffee Station and maintain Hilton expectations and cleanliness standards.
Reliable Transportation a MUST; Driver’s License preferred.

Pay: $29,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
