Cheers Trips is expanding!
We’re looking for a Flight Booking Executive who can handle domestic & international ticketing with accuracy, speed, and a customer-first mindset.

If you love finding the best fares, solving travel queries, and ensuring smooth journeys - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle domestic & international flight bookings
• Manage PNR creation, amendments & cancellations
• Provide fare options, reissue support & schedule change solutions
• Coordinate with airlines & clients for seamless service
• Maintain accuracy in ticketing and documentation
• Support the team in pre-purchased fare management

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in flight booking / air ticketing
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
• Strong understanding of fare rules, reissues & refunds
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment

Work Details:

Location: Surat (ONLY Surat-based candidates should apply - outstation applications will NOT be considered.)
Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM
