Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a smooth workflow between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate floor staff during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and attendance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across the dining/service area.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and inventory teams.
• Train and motivate staff for better performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in hospitality/restaurant/retail).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
