Section Executive - FOH

Lahore, Pakistan

Job description:

  • Supervise day-to-day FOH operations including cash counters, customer service desks, and entrance/exit management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by guiding and supporting FOH staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor queuing systems, cashier efficiency, and minimize waiting times.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with backend/store operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly FOH operational reports to management.
  • Train, motivate, and develop FOH staff for improved performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably in FOH/customer service management.
  • Prior experience in handling customer-facing teams is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
